WHY ME?

Hi, I’m Jess - a multimedia designer with a genuine passion for creating work that means something to me. Since I was 12, I’ve known I wanted to be part of the creative industries. Inspired by my brother, I followed that passion in every way I could. From making personalised gifts for friends’ birthdays to studying art and graphics in school and college, the creative path always felt like home.

In 2018, I began studying Film, Photography and Media at the University of Leeds. There, I learned the foundations of filmmaking and project planning, but more importantly, I had the chance to explore so many areas of the creative world. I produced short films, animations, scripts, and (plenty of) essays - discovering along the way how much I love translating thoughts and ideas into visual work. That time helped me shape my direction and understand where my strengths truly lie.

After graduating, I moved into a career in Graphic Design and Content Creation, and I’ve genuinely loved every second. Seeing ideas grow from a concept to a finished piece is incredibly rewarding, and I wouldn’t change it for anything.

If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about your project, and about you, I can promise I’ll give it everything I’ve got. It’s easy to say that, but I hope it shows through my portfolio.
